    Tuff decision :(

    I had started this new cycle Mid March or so. I ended up with an injury (herniated C5/6) that seems better now but between the missed gym time and not being able to stop my run away appetite since the first of the year....I QUIT! I got off cpl weeks ago. Kept telling myself to keep going but knew deep down it was a fkn waste and the wrong thing to do.

    I'm hoping to get back to the gym next week after life settles down ALOT and get back to dieting AGAIN. Hoping Ill be ready in a cpl months. Damn dissapointed in myself

    The party is Sat but I sampled a small bit while pulling it off the bone. It's fantastic! A 200 lbs hog yeilded approx. 50-55 lbs of tasty smoked pork!

    Thanks Kel, it's less about the injury and more about the lack of commitment to diet and training right now. I need to get my shyt straight and moving in the right direction again like before December.

    Like happens. Get well and recovery is 1st thing or you will make it worse. Diet/cutting is always a good idea and plenty of cardio. To bad I'm not better at following my own advise.
