I had started this new cycle Mid March or so. I ended up with an injury (herniated C5/6) that seems better now but between the missed gym time and not being able to stop my run away appetite since the first of the year....I QUIT! I got off cpl weeks ago. Kept telling myself to keep going but knew deep down it was a fkn waste and the wrong thing to do.
I'm hoping to get back to the gym next week after life settles down ALOT and get back to dieting AGAIN. Hoping Ill be ready in a cpl months. Damn dissapointed in myself
