    The Irony that is life

From going from a complete fat ass to finally being able to go shirtless and proud at 34 I now have a skin condition. Besides some pimples on my back and chest my skin was always pretty good.

About 3-4 weeks I had some raised excess skin on my elbows and itchy as shit. When to the dermatologist gave me some cream and it went away but I swear as soon as I put that cream it started popping up all over.

The dermatologist cannot tell if its Psoriasis or Eczema yet. As of right now its kind of like a red raised rash. Its obvious I have something going on my skin on my arms and legs but its not as bad as some pics on the internet however they are scary as shit.

The Dr is more or less like put this on and come back but it keeps spreading on my body and its ****ing itchy. Does anyone have either. I know there is no cure but is this something that can last for months? Are there do's and dont's. I read no more hot showers which sucks but what about the sun?

i get eczema on my feet and elbows.. had it when i was a kid and then it went away kind of for awhile but it has been back since 2004(ish).. maINLY on my foot is persistent but i use the cream and it goes away but as soon as i quit usiing the cream it comes back. doc wanted me to take prednisone but fvck that shit that stiuff will make u gain weight and blow up!

all in all mine is just a nuisance.. assuming urs is like mine its really no biggie other than using the freaking cream at night before bed.. hot water def will aggravate it although it feels pretty good when its hitting it cuz of the itching.. LOL

the sun they say brings it out but i go in the sun all the time. i just got back from a cruise for gods sakes.. dont stress dude. u wont look like one of those freaks online more than likely. also from what ive heard, hope it is eczema and not psoriasis..

If its Eczema try a bleach bath. My kid has Eczema and the bleach bath works better than any other remedy we have tried.

Look up "Pauline Nordin" of Fighter Diet on facebook. She had a nasty bout with it as well but she was able to get rid of it by no longer eating a certain food. She went to Dr after Dr trying to figure it out too but in the end she discover the cause on her own and now that she avoids "whatever the hell it was" she no longer has the skin condition.

BTW I love the going from fattie to fit guy with the shirt off summer. congrats on the weight loss.
