    Thumbs down Need help. Pictures included

    So i been traning for a while now but i cant loose weight on my stomach! i do cardio, i eat good food. I will post som pictures and maybe you guess could tell me what i should do because i dont feel like anything is helping right now.
    I would believe my BF is about 25%

    I dont really have diet plan i just eat right and avoid rice, pasta, potatoes and sugar

    You need carbs to grow muscle........ Rice = Most common carb here besides Oats.

    What cardio do you do? How many times a week? How long have you been training? Post your diet.

    Do you drink alot, especially considering your username is Tequila?? lol

    I run or bike for 30-45 min 3 times a week.. i been training for about 4 month now. But its not everyday i train. When i got time for it i go to the gym but 3-4 times a week if possible.

    haha i dont drink that much.. maybe 2-3 times a month but again its not that often

    Tequilla welcome man.

    U say u cant lose fat but then say u dont have a diet. U also say u eat right but ur @20% body fat give or take.

    Sounds like part of the problem is ur ability to problem solve and analyze circumstances.

    Wat are ur complete stats? Age weight height ?? bf%--> (@20%ish)

    Just sounds like you are "maintaining" with your routine and that's why you aren't making any gains. Plus you have only trained for 4 months? Sounds like you need more devotion and a clear schedule. I dont even want to ask what your diet consists of. I would do more research and decide what you need.
