    Best foods for bulking?

    I'm 19, 6ft and currently 180lb. BMI is 22 and body fat% around 9

    I'm dying to get to 200lb by the end of the summer. What are some good high calorie foods to gain some weight and FAST. Also how many calories a day to you think I should be eating in order to gain as much weight and as fast as possible.

    oh and as for protein and supplements. I make my own gainer, 1 scoop of gold standard 100% whey, 2 scoops (1/2 cup) of carbo gain and deca-creatine. I also take the carbo gain before and during my work out with aminos.

    Eat at 500 calories over your TDEE. Pastas, rice, anything high in carbs. Read your labels man.

    If you want to add 20lbs of 'weight' by the of the summer, that's easy. If you want to add 20lbs of lean mass within that same timeframe, that's unrealistic. Based on your post, it sounds like it doesn't matter to you, but I don't get that. Please clarify your goal.

    oh sorry, i should have been specific..20lb meaning fat and muscle
