So ive been an ectomorph all my life and so I basically always bulked for the most part and never got alot of fat out of it until now it seems like im ganing more fat since I hit 26 years old. I want to start cutting tomorrow but since I never cared about my macros much I am having trouble knowing how many calories, carbs, and fats I need to do this. I am 5'8 176 last time I checked and 15% fat now at the moment. My goal is to go down to 12-13% atleast in the next 3 months. Can someone guide me to what I need macro wise to keep my weight and from there hoe many calories do I take out and carbs ect?
