Okay guys above is the diet I am going to be following strictly, I'd like to hear your thoughts.

    Male 23yr old
5 yr gym expereince off and on, always been athletic
    Roughly sitting around 20% BF

I plan on following that diet farely strictly I just have to sub out the chicken for tuna, because I am working up north and staying in a camp and chicken is not always available. With my first meal of the day I plan on eating hardboiled egg whites and oatmeal along with a pill of each... milk thistle 150mg, omega 3~6~9 1200mg, glucosamine sulfate 500mg, flaxseed oil 1000mg, vitamin c 500mg, CLA 1000mg, caffeine 200mg, ephedrine 8mg. Then I will continue eating my meals, then when I get to my 5th meal of the day about 2 hours before I work out im going to have protein shake, peanut butter, and oatmel, with the same vitamins as in meal one. then 30mins before workout a teaspoon of creatine in water. After the workout I will finnish my last meal, meal 6 of the day

Please let me know what you guys think , and if I should change or add anything.

    Thanks

No im not starting a cycle . I did one about 2 years ago and was very happy about results, face just got a little water retention but all in all it was happy. I kinda let it slide a little, always travelling for work, got out of routine, now im back on routine and I know my diet and cardio is #1 so I just wanna make sure im headed on the right track. Im 5'-8"/5'-9". And currently sitting around 190. Im lean every where except for around the middle, got a lil baby fat there. Ive currently been doinh 20-40 min cardio at night, either on the stair climber, bike, or treadmill..
