    Need Advice-

    I'm currently on my second cycle(sustanon 350). I'm having great weight and strength gains but I can't get my muscles to get the ripped look. I think it's because I'm 6'7 248 and my muscles are longer than most, therefore they don't look as big. Is this accurate? What can I do to accomplish the ripped look? I'm open for any suggestions. Thanks

    Yes your muscles are too long. Post up a pic lets see what you look like?

    U know my buddy's that compete there big guys but they don't looked ripped year round. There muscles take on a ripped shredded look just a few weeks before a comp. it's diet and then cut the sodium and there usually using tren and clomid to help look shredded and by this time there about 2-4% bf.

    Diet down to 200lbs and you will get the ripped look.

    At 6'7, 200lbs is kind of scrawny.
