Mate these are questions that can only be answered by you and actually trying for yourself, every human is different.
Obviously the slower you attempt to cut body fat, the greater chance of maintaining lbm.

Cut until you reach your desired bodyweight.??

If you are serious about dieting/bodybuilding by now you should have learnt enough about your own body to know what your body's calorie requirements are, start slow and begin to reduce calories into a deficit from Maintenance, gauge your bodyweight weekly and slowly adjust your calories around your results...

It' true that everyone is different, you can follow the guidelines but in the end it's all up to you to adjust and tweak that.

PLUS I'm on a calorie defect of about 300 cal at the moment, plus i train kickboxing (lots of cardio), changed up my weight lifting routine recently and i've actaully started putting on weight.. So be aware that the scales may say one thing but you could still be loosing Fat.

Eat clean and train hard and it will fall off

The thing about this whole cutting thing is that I am so used to eating alot of heavy meals that I feel like I am going to dropp 10 pounds in 1 month because I am eating alot less calories I am kinda scared thats why I hardly ever cut.

I find mixing in more hiit/pump/ab attack/circuits a shake and half hour after 1,1/2-2 hour weights sesh has helped me.

Some say its too much. (All the people ive left behind size wise) but its right for me. Cuz i still want more lbm. But still lower.fat.

Look into carb cycling. Pretty damn good way ofknocking some bf off without losing lbm. Or as much as if u lower.calories too much anyhow.

Try a three day split. See how you personally get on. Then look into something longer if ur ok with how it works for u.

    I.e cutting
    high/low/low repeat

    Into

    High/mod/mod/low/low/low/etc etc.

Self monitor. But dont be worried to try new things. U might bump into something simple yet easy to follow that fits into ur lifestyle.

    Goodluck!
