I'm in a cutting phase, losing weight at a steady pace, dropping calories a bit each week. This week I am do hungry like after a meal I'm still hungry and my stomach is growling. I know hunger is a part of dieting, but should I constantly be hungry? Is that a sign my cals are to low?

yea I only drop if I don't see progress. I did drop a tiny bit tho after a week only like 50 cals. Any way stats..
