This is my first post so I'll make it short and sweet. I'm 28 years old, previously ran a cycle of Epistane (Havoc) at 140lbs (stupid decision on my part) I'm currently at 170-173 give or take a meal. I'm looking to bulk up to over 180 on a clean bulking diet. I'm 5'10" tall. Been training hard for roughly 3 years. I've always been thin my whole life and I'm trying my best to bulk up before summer is over. I consume roughly 5000 calories a day off cycle and when I begin I will try my hardest to up it to 6000 with ON Serious Mass shakes and tons of protein packed foods. The cycle I've put together is as follows:
Support Supps: Life Support, Fish Oil, Omega3, Liv52, CoQ10
LGI DMZ-15: 30/30/30/45/45/45
Stano-Drol: 600/600/600/600/600/600
Trenazone: 1/1/1.5/1.5/2/2
PCT: Liquid Tamox 20/20/10/10
Erase Pro: 0/0/3/2/1/1
DAA thrown in as well.
Just wondering what you guys think of this cycle layout and what you would change if you were running the same cycle or something similar. Thanks for reading!
