    armidex timing

    been through all this already but havent cycled. im helping a friend out who refuses to read on here so doing it for him so he dont fuk himself up. armidex should be every 3 days? meaining if your first dose is on monday your next one should be on friday?

    No generally dosed at .25 mg EOD (every other day) to start heavy cycles may require more.....

    Agree^^^

    Some are OK with 0.25mg eod, some need to adjust, depends on individual and how much gear is used.
