Depends on ester weight, acetate is lighter than enanthate but not sure about the numbers.

shorter esters generally give you more of the actual hormone mg for mg than longer esters.
Acetate/prop will give more than enanthate/decanoate/cypionate.

Esters have to do with how fast the dose is absorbed. Shorter esters means you need more injections per cycle, so in the case you show the amount of short esters will build up more half lives quicker resulting in a higher total tes count at the end of same time period cycles. Also the mg doses of short esters will be higher at the end of cycle if you add all the injections x doses per same given time period.

Your short ester compounds have to be injected more often resulting in more overlapping half lives, if long esters are injected as often as short esters, say every other day instead of every 3.5 or whatever your cycle might be, then you will get a higher total tes count from the longer esters.
But back to the original question of which is stronger. Esters have to do with absorbsion rate not strength of a compound, the growth factor (type of compound : tes= 100 tren=500) and the mg/ml is what will determine strength of compound.

If the lab accounts for the amount of ester present in a compound, you can still have, for example, 100mg of Testosterone Cypionate in 1ml of oil.
The train of thought here is that if a bottle states 100mg/ml, and it's Cypionate, you only actually have 70mg/ml, but I'm not so sure that's always the case.
