    Morel seasons here!

    After a little morel hunting last night I came up with dish last minute.

    8oz chicken grilled ( mrs dash seasoning / salt free)
    green peppers / morels with garlic powder cooked in a pan with some pam!
    broccoli

    I almost considered this a cheat meal it was pretty good!

    Man I am paying over $200 here for one pound of dry morels. Looks good though man

    shit i can find a pound in a hour........ for free! and its not even prime yet here.

    Not sure where u r, but u could be banking off those things. Go to privately owned upscale restaurant. Ask what they pay and give them a better price! U would make a killing

    they are very tiny ones yes, some may call it a delicacy and only available for a small time frame out of the year.

    I only threw a few on. I dont think it threw me to far off my macros for the day, I hope

    Can almost guarantee very few cals. And full of minerals and probably vitamins.

    I love em but the weather here has not been optimal. Ppl are finding some in certain spots and they are selling for $25 a pound! I can eat them for about a week then I'm sick of em...damn good week though

    Yep if you eat too many they get old .. but its nice for the few weeks they here.

    I consider myself a fairly-educated man when it comes to produce (and food in general)...I've never even heard of those. Do they taste that much different from other mushrooms (shiitake, crimini, oyster, or the tried-and-true white button)?
