Damn it has a lot of stuff in it. I have tried some of the stuff and like it mainly I like the caff, yohm, green tea, r-ALA and Bio (wish there was more of it!!!) and the ginger root. I have never tried syn for app suppresion but have heard some good things about it, I don't really care for l-carn, really not much effect IMO. All the other stuff I haven't tried and don't really know about it.
