This is a simple, fresh tasting salad. A little high in natural sugar. This can be served as a nice lunch salad. Should only take a few minutes to throw together. You can add or exchange any fruit you want.
Romaine, chopped 1" 5oz
Watermelon, diced 1" 8oz
Strawberry, stem removed, cut into quarters 7oz
Feta Cheese, crumbles 1.5oz
Vanilla yogurt, nonfat 2oz
OJ 1.5 tbl
Cilantro chopped 1.5 tsp
Honey 1 tsp
Toasted Almonds 1oz
Mix dressing, add remainder of ingrediets, mix well, top with toasted almonds. Done!
