NAC is probably the best. Mine are 600 mg capsules. I take 3 a day when taking orals. I haven't done bw to confirm it's effectiveness but I know I feel better when taking NAC.

Is it pointless to take both nac at 1200mg a day, and liv52 I believe it's 1800mg a day?

So its best to switch to the nac....i aint come across any research on it for liver support

NAC is primarily used for acetaminophen poisoning and acute liver failure and toxicity.
