When injecting what do you mean by "asparating"?? I wasn't sure what that means. Is it just the breathing in and out?

When you inject the pin, you pull back on the plunger, if bubbles form in the syringe your good to go. It's so you don't hit a vein.
Yes, If you pullback the plunger, and blood enters, pull the pin out, swap pins and try again.
Yeah I know about asparating but I was just curious about what would happen if you injected into a vein. Does the AS go to your heart and basically give you a heart attack b/c it will be over worked? Anyone know
YA DUDE! MAKE SURE YOU ASPIRATE THE SYRINGE!!!! MAINLINING SOME JUICE CAN SCREW YOU UP PRETTY BAD!!!
Heart attack, the feeling of your lungs colasping, seeing spots, and death knocking on your door showing up in that black trent coat asking you why you didn't ASPIRATE!Originally posted by wood

good one I like that. Maybe I can tell my friend that next time he tells me he didn't aspirate
In all honestly....if you're shooting into the glute with a buried 1.5" needle you're pretty safe.
I think I hit a vein once. It wasn't cool. I was prepared to die. Scary feeling. Thats the reason to always apsirate.
