so about to start my cycle/ lean bulking diet but instead of eating loads of carbs im going to eat alot of fats, med carbs and high proteins
meal 1: 6 whole scrambled eggs + 60g raw oats + 300ml milk
meal 2: 150g chicken breast + large peeled sweet potato
TRAIN
meal 3: 50g whey protein + large banana
meal 4: 150g chicken breast + large peeled sweet potato or 80g brown basmati rice + tablespoon olive oil + tablespoon peanut butter
meal 5: 150g chicken breast + table spoon olive oil + tablespoon peanut butter
meal 6: 5 whole eggs + red apple
eat roughly every 2 hours 3 at most and sleeping 8-10 hours a night.
good diet plan for lean bulk ????
