Thank you. I found the thread. The description says to not bring your knees up, but the video shows a girl bringing her knees up almost like a crunch. I guess I am having trouble with the movement.
I've never really had my obliques feel sore, crunches and oblique-targeting machines at the gym seem ineffective, and I def have always had these love handles that seem to hang out and not budge. I would think I am around 15% bf.
