    Protein mug brownies

    I take no credit for the creation of this recipe, I just discovered it and they're amazing! I substituted for Vanilla protein. I didnt use coconut flour, I used wholewheat flour, no cocoa, and 1% fat milk. As I was just desperate to try these!

    Think they'd be good with a chocolate peanutbutter flavour!

    Yea mate, they're bloody awesome. Just ate it, its like a warm protein cake! But made in 30 seconds!

    Advise that you add the liquid last, to keep it thick. I put the liquid in first, and it was a little too wet.

    I resemble that remark! I even have Jamie Oliver seasoning kit. The Mrs and I always watch his cooking shows (15min meals, 30 min meals etc)

    The show starts every day around 8-9pm here!

    I love the 30min meals!!! But sooo HUNGRY during and after!!

    I want to have a Jamie clone at home!

    Theyre incredible, my macro's make this come out at 211 calories (0.6g fat, 3.5g carbs, 50.8g protein)

    I know this was posted awhile ago but I just made these, and they are amazing!! Totally killed my sweet tooth and not my macros. THANKS!

    So, I just made these and I'm eating it as I type this. They are actually really good and I will def. be making them again. Thanks for sharing.
