Hi, I am planning to start first ever cycle, am 53, been training 24 years, thinking test e only for 12 weeks, 250 twice a week, with 4 weeks pct.
Am 182 lbs now 5, 9inches, light boned, need to loose 10lb to be in good shape to start, don't want to take clen or similar, want to do it natural, with out loosing too much muscle or struggling for energy, any tips please.
