No, you did not waste your money. It will still work, just won't absorb as much as micronized. Nothing special about max muscle my friend, not sure why your expectation was high.

Not a big fan of Max muscle? What I like about them is that most of the stuff they have comes in liquid form for faster absorption.. So far none of their products have let me down and even their thermos don't make me feel jittery.. gotta appreciate the little things
