Glucosamine takes awhile to start working(3weeks)
I do fish oils and good diet and lift really heavy and have no problems so far!
I've tried everything. glucosamine only has a marginal impact, yet is relatively expensive when buying in bulk.
the only thing I take is MSM, 5 grams a day forever. A few members have taken my advice and then come back and thank me for helping them out. MSM is very inexpensive (5lbs for $34, about a 15month supply)
This is where I get mine:
MSM Granules 1 pound
MSM works slowly, and you will not notice any improvements for at least a month. So be patient.
It works due to it's ability to improve collegen synthesis and it is a mild anti inflammatory agent.

Got MSM today washed it down in water!! Tastes awful!!!!! Defiinetly mixing into something good tonight. Really looking forward to results in a few weeks. I don't wont to take time off from gym until my vacation this summer.
oh, I just pop the powder straight in my mouth and rinse down with whatever.
if you think MSM tastes awful, wait til you try arginine powder (taste like a mild dead fish), or worse, NAC.
What ever I take, I seldom mix with anything, just straight in the mouth and wash it down with water.

I have been using MSM since times recommended it and my pain has been reduced. I agree with Times I put a scoop in my mouth and wash it down.
i.must be a sucker.for.punishment. i do msm. Then water. Then citrulline then.water. ill have my arg soon enough. ;-)
Been taking MSM for little over 3 weeks and Joint pain is pretty much gone!!
Mix all the nasty stuff in a shot of water with citruline and you won't taste a thing. The citrulline taste like a strong shot of lemon water, but mask the taste of MSM & Arginine...
