Doesn't look to be changing by much
.75 above baseline is when you would have to see a Urologist. How old are you?
Here are some supplements you can take to lower psa.
Summary# 49459
Topic: EPA, GLA, and Coenzyme Q10 May Influence Serum Prostate-Specific Antigen Levels
Keywords: PROSTATE HEALTH, PSA - Coenzyme Q10, EPA, GLA, Omega-3 Fatty Acids
Reference: "Effects of EPA, gamma-linolenic acid or coenzyme Q10 on serum prostate-specific antigen levels: a randomised,double-blind trial," Safarinejad MR, Shafiei N, et al, Br J Nutr, 2012 Nov 30: 1-8; [Epub ahead of print]. (Address: Clinical Center for Urological Disease Diagnosis and Private Clinic Specialized in Urological and Andrological Genetics, PO Box 19395-1849, Tehran, Iran).
Summary: In a randomized study involving 504 healthy men with serum PSA levels less than or equal to 2.5 ng/mL, supplementation with omega-3 fatty acids (1.12 g EPA and 0.72 g DHA) was found to reduce serum PSA by 30% and coenzyme Q10 (100 mg) supplementation was found to reduce serum PSA by 33%, while supplementation with GLA (600 mg gamma-linolenic acid) was found to significantly increase serum PSA concentration by 15% - all over a period of 12 weeks, and in comparison to a placebo. The authors state, "The present study demonstrates that dietary supplements containing EPA, GLA or CoQ10 may significantly affect serum PSA levels."
I wouldnt say thats alarming. Get a DHT level checked. Rule of Thumb.. If PSA goes up 1 point in a 6-1 year period, then its time for at least a DHT panel and possibly trip to the Urologist. One main thing that can cause a false/positive for PSA too. Make sure to not ejaculate 24-36 hours before PSA test is the big one. Results can be elevated. Or having your prostate checked right before you get a PSA panel done. If your really concerned go get cleared by a Urologist and have a DRE. (Digital Recatal Exam). If DHT is elevated I do not recommend going on a DHT blocker like Fnestride or Direstride. Both can wreak your Endocrine system. Listen to 100% a good solid Prostate restore health product. something with Beta Systerol, Saw palmetto, Pegum Bark, Needle root. All have good prostate protection properties in them. Hope this helps
Thanks guys.
I'm taking no prostrate supplements but am taking DHEA, pregnenolone, vit D, and 3 fish oil caps. My friend on this board "Sandrat" had a 1.9 PSA when he started and it has been going down with every blood work test. But, he is taking saw palmetto three times a day. I will go on some prostrate supplements.
Questions:
1) Would lowering my testosterone dose help this or not?
2) What is the recommended dosage for Beta Systerol, Saw palmetto, Pegum Bark, Needle root? Is there a supplement someone can recommend that contains these?
Thanks

Okay thanks.
I went online and looked up the recommended amounts of each of the recommended main supplements ( saw palmetto, beta sitosterol, pygeum africanus, stinging nettle, lycopene, and selenium).
Then looked at all the supplements and how much of each they contained. Anything that had a "proprietary blend" I stayed away from because if they don't list the amounts they are probably less than the recommended.
I narrowed it down to these two:
Prostate Complete with Saw Palmetto for Men Information : Vitabase
and
About Natural Quest - Complete Prostate Nutrition
I ended up ordering the latter which is Natural Quest
I guess I can supplement some extra Q10 and needle root since this sup only has 50mg of needle
