It helps those who have an inability to sit down and eat an actual steak meal as the last meal of their day.

Correct spelling of this word is ''casein,'' by the way.

I use it along with a faster absorbing source (egg white protein mainly) for a bit of variety.

So you're advising that we all eat steak on a nightly basis?

Yeah, why not!? Let the butchers make some money too; not all $$$ should go to the supplement industry is what I genuinely think.

It wouldn't be after all such a bad advise when compared to your thoughts about ''oral only'' cycles as you revealed it in the recent past now, is it?

    Each to their own...

Casein is the most expensive of all protein supplements (compared to whey and vegetable protein varieties) unless you are living in the States or only a few countries in Continental Europe, as it is an imported product for the rest of the world...

A lot of people are lactose intolerant as is and majority of them are not aware of this situation unless they are severely lactose intolerant...

Casein leads to massive bloating for those who are mildly lactose intolerant and they keep wondering why they hold so much water...

I have nothing to say to those who actually sit down and eat several meals throughout the day but there are so many lifters who will hit their macros by using these supplements and I keep wondering ''what if protein supplements didn't exist?''. Moreover, when these gym rats stop lifting, they also stop using these supplements and they will shrink. I don't, because I continue to eat actual meals when I take breaks.

As for the popcorn scene, I don't respond well to some means of communication as a person in real life -especially when they persist; sarcasm, rhetorical questions and alike are not welcomed in my world. As they say; if you don't like it, you can lump it.

I was actually going to keep it civil, but since you insisted on being an ass...
What does an unhealthy diet high in saturated beef fat have to with my thoughts on oral-only cycles?
One is known to contribute to cardiovascular disease, while the other may just leave you temporarily impotent and lethargic with less risk than a full-blown cycle (especially if you were just looking to run a specific oral for whatever reason).
BTW, I might add that casein is overpriced junk, IMO.
But that doesn't mean that beef is the clear answer.

From my knowledge and personal experience, casein is a slow digestive protein. I use it for my wake up shake, and a final before going to bed shake! I also add a tablespoon of Glutamine and olive oil. The olive oil also helps with the slow release ing of the proteins. When I take the first shake at 6:30 am, I feel great and full until about 11 am, which is when I exercise! Then when I take my ladt one at night around 9:30, when I wake up I feel more awake and refreshed then when I wasent taking Casein! So in my opinion, yes love Casein, and I wouldn't go about my daily routines without it! The brand inuse is the 100% Casein from GNC.

I put away the protein shake before bed. Switched to chicken, tuna fish or my favorite plain greek yogurt with a few blueberries. (I know the blueberries go against the rules!!)

Thats just me. I'm trying to cut protein shakes out of my diet. IMO to much fillers and artifically sweetners.

Bodybuilding.com's brand of Casein is the best tasting protein in the world IMO. I ordered 4 lbs last night. Under 40$. Casein has always done me right if I can't get a good meal in right before bed. Plus it tastes so good, kinda like a treat

Used to take shakes for this shakes for that. Miss a meal av a shake.

Found i was almost habitually making damn shakes all the time. Gonr back to "habitual cooking"
its bad. But. Red meat doooeeeessss have the best bioavailable protein for muscle synthesis, especially blue. N if u stick to lowest fat steaks bit of rum etc now n again is fine.

Me. Well. Ill have steak for breakfast or last meal. Juar depends what order ive stacked my meat in the fridge. Theres worse things in the world. Just up those anti cholesterols. Add some flavanoids n garlic (fresh n crushed/cut), some one cal spray olive oil
N ya got ur yingyang "balance" ;-)

    Or close to it!!!
