So I am currently just cutting to hit like 12% bf or less before my first cycle. What I was noticing is that I lose to much weight to fast and my real goal is to at least hit 185 with around 10% or 9% bf and stay there steady. It seems a little to hard to accomplish that by bulking then cutting then repeat. So I was thinking of just clean bulking until I hit 190 or 195, this might take a year of bulking but I am not going to dirty bulk I am going to clean bulk and also cardio 3 times a week which I rarely did and when I was doing it I noticed I didn't gain bf at all before. This seems to work for me so I will give it a try.
