you will lose water weight "sweating it off" in either. you will gain that back as soon as you take a drink of water.
about all these are good for is cleansing the pores of your skin.

I'm not a fan of saunas or steam rooms. Especially directly after a workout.
only benefit are those pounds lost attributable to water weight.
it also helps you relax, unless a hottie in there showing some skin?
if you want to look at old wrinkly guys then go for it![]()
