puss in delt

I just hit my left delt with a cc of fina, and when I pull out I see like 3 drops of puss come out, followed by blood. You think I might have an infection, or should I just blow it off? No other signs like redness, just the puss. I know it wasn't just fina because it was yellow with some type of white milk substance in it, like winny. I don't shoot winny in the delts though.

BTW: The delt hurts like a BITCH now! Usually doesn't hurt this much after a shot.

skin irritated? I have had something like that happen before - it was from a pimp - at least thats what I figured. Happened once - never again. I would monitor the area. How often do you hit the delts - or do you give them time?

I hit it every 5 days, I do both glutes and both quads before I go back to the delts.

EDIT: I just swabbed the area with an alcohol swab and it stings, like putting salt on a wound or something. Can't be good.
