Hey everyone, I was just thinking of diets in general and wanted to know everyone's oppinion on this:
Let's say you were doing Protein/Carb/Fat 200/150/50
And your diet only consist of 4 things, Protein powder, Complex carb source, Healthy fat source, Water.
So pretty much saying, if someone ate everything normally, except drank (all) their protein. What harm would this cause?/Would it work?
