what do you think could happen if i go on like a week 7day binger alcohol/ eating anything like pizza, butterfingers lol basicallly a week of "yes Man" sort of thing, you no? just food and alcohol though no drugs or anything like that.. I think it will be good for me, an expierence with friends that I should have.at 25 i have been conservative my whole life, and haven't really done such a thing.I really mean that. and its been forever since i have not stressed about what I ate. I am mainly just wondering about what changes it could have on body/ muscle loss. I am in really good shape now like a swimmer type body but a bit bigger you no. but anyways will i loose my six pack? I have always had to work very hard/diet for it so thats my main concern.
