I'm going to do that for 5 days then just do 5g pre and then another 5 post. To my main point though I think we can all agree mixing creatine mono can be a real bitch. I usually mix it with 3oz of water, give it a 5 second stir and down it before any powder settles back down at the bottom. Now is this ok to do or do you need to dissolve it first completely in water? And even though I didn't dissolve it in water at least I got it into my stomach and I down about 10oz after that too. Shouldn't it mix in my stomach or will fully dissolving it before help it reach all your muscles faster?
