The Army doesnt routinely test for AAS in their normal testing. They are looking for rec drugs. If they had a damn good reason to test an individual then they could.
From what a buddy who used aas and is active duty, they don't normally test for it but apparently some will throw a test positive for something which red flags you. But then again, he's routinely an idiot so he may be wrong. But I know a few buddies still active in both
