I am wondering, what are people's thoughts on Neuro muscular development. I still shake a bit during some workouts, mostly arms during heavy bench, but after deads press and squats which I've recently been focusing on doing heavy I feel a bit more taxed in the nervous system than I expected. I've been lifting for 6 years knowledgeably (cough) and assumed I had the moves down but I know about facilitation, maybe they aren't as engrained as they should be??
