    You guys who don't do it this way obviously don't know how to train.

    This move really helps flatten the stomach and bring out the belly button striations. When you finish your set if you immediately stand up and yell "Beef Supreme" it will really enhance your anabolic atmosphere.

    i am not familiar with these, but i am thinking they will appear horizontal instead of vertical.

    For me, same reason some people wear workout gloves. I don't wrap them around the bar but they do provide a bit of a cushion. Is that pvssy? Straps are my woobie. I can't work out without them.
