    Time for some change

Hi guys my name is josh and I have just signed up to this page......after doing some research I think it is in my best interest to formulate a great diet before starting my first cycle. I also want to do a fair bit more research on developing a safe and rewarding cycle plan starting with nutrition.

so if there is anyone out there willing to give me some good diet tips and quantities etc.....I would appreciate it very much.

    Im 23 6ft 3" 88kgs with a body fat of 22%

    and will eat anything
    cheers

Go for a cut first get that bf% down then start a clean bulk be easier to manage your fat and put on lbm

I weighed myself and measured my waist and imputed it to a body fat calculator.

Im happy to start with a cut....would you suggest Clenbuterol exercise and a healthy diet? or am I getting ahead of myself?
Im really itching to start a cycle but I want to make sure my body will handle it...thanks guys keep this info coming.

ok well, you can start at say 2000 kcals per day, and see how you go with that (you can get an app for your phone that you can input what food your eating and it will count calories for you, like myfitnesspal or similar)

eat lean protein, fish, chicken breast, lean cuts of beef, eggs/egg whites etc.. and lots of veggies..

lift weights and don't forget to do some cardio..

i would give it a year or 2..

cut some fat, build some muscle, learn how your body reacts to different diets/training.. it all takes time..

in time, you will be ready to start cycling, you will know when that is...

how long have you been lifting for? and whats your current routine?

    ok thanks mate.

yeah I haven't worked out for a while and currently have no routine just trying to establish all that now.
im just an impatient newbie haha

I keep seeing people getting told to train for a while first why is that?
I understand that those who cycle work bloody hard to achieve results but why do you need to have worked out prior?
    last question I promise.

one reason is because using AAS will increase your muscle mass and strength, now with little or no training experience your tendons and ligaments are just not strong enough to deal with this.. which can only get stronger with months and years of training.. and you don;t wanna tare a ligament do you..

another reason would be, if you can't make gains without AAS, you won't make/keep them with AAS..

also as i mentioned before, it takes time and experience to find out what diet and training methods work best for you..

stick around and learn, once you get your diet and training dialed in, you will make good gains..

and if you do a bit of research every now and then, by the time you are ready to start cycling, you should be able to put together your first cycle plan by yourself...

    good luck.
