I'm not down to a 100% pre-determined diet, but on the average day this is what i try to consume.
1 whole avocado
1 apple
1-2 chicken breast, and alternate between extra lean ground beef, salmon, tilapia, canned tuna (in water) and finally ground turkey.
2-3 baby cucumbers
various veggies ( broccoli, coli flower, carrots, onion, garlic, peppers..ect.
1 handful of almonds
2 table spoons of hemp hearts
1 real fruit smoothie w/ 1 cup of protein mixed with water not milk.
1-3 green tea's with honey
1-2 500ml glasses of coconut water ( no sugar added )
1-2 teaspoons of chlorophyll mixed with water
1 tripple str fish oil
1 mega man sports pack
several glasses of water
is there any of these i should NOT be taking and please give a reason why, also anything important im missing?
