thats definitely out of the box thinkin....but unless I missed it....does she stool have HIV or aids? I kno it said she leads a healthy life but that doesnt really tell much.

No she is disease free the virus she was injected with is rendered unable to infect it is much like a vaccine. The virus has been modified to be used as described but not to give the HIV virus.
