Anyone familiar with this competition? I decided to do one in 6 weeks, and need to seriously work my cardio up..

I am def strong enough, but its just the cardio aspect.

What is the best way to train to make your body use o2 more effectively, would it be sprinting, or distance running? Or a combination of both...

Basically firefit is an obstacle course that you have to complete in the least amount of time possible, obviously.
Was hoping my friend could weld me up a sled to push/pull or find a big tire to flip in my backyard.

If I could get under 2 minutes I'd be pumped
