So as of recently this past 2 years I've been reading up and discovered that alot of ppl who I looked up to in their physique as my own goal physique are taking steroids.

So my questions is does anybody look "jacked and shredded" naturally?
Can u post some pics?

Only one I can come up with is Matt ogus he's got a YouTube channel.

You can google natural bodybuilding federations. Not saying they are natural but they pass whatever tests that federation has.

Truly, most people won't admit to usage, so it's almost impossible to give you specific examples.

Not trolling you but how do you know he's natural?

'Natural' in the BB world also doesn't mean 'never taken steroids in my life' in addition to what BiB said. That, and the fact that if someone is going to bill themselves as 'natural' there is nothing short of sodium pentathol that would make then admit it now or in their past, makes it pretty much impossible to be certain IMO.

That said, I was going to post a bunch of naked pictures of myself, but I'm not natural, not even in my b-day suit
