I've been reading AR for a couple years now and have learned some pretty cool things. But, one thing that I'm still not sure of is a cycle that I should take part in. I've been reading reply's to other messages for the same question but, there always seems to be different input for different people. What I'm asking is that I would like some help in designing a cycle suitable for me, w/ some requests.
1)A little about me: Age: 22 Ht: 6'7" Wt: 288. Athletic body frame. I've had 6 knee operations. I currently max out around 420 on bench, squats are a problem and have 19.5 in arms. I love working out, its my life.
2)What I would like in my cycle: What I've read so far, Deca seems like a good bet so I want to incorporate it to the fullest extent for my joints especially. Secondly, I want to remain fairly safe, I still have some livin to do and dont' wanna screw w/ my body to bad right now. Third, I want good solid gains that hopefully will stay and that I'll be damn proud of after my cycle.
So, to end this up if anybody could help me it would be greatly appreciated. If you need more info just reply and I'll be sure I get back to ya. Please be as specific as possible, it will help me out even more.
