So in 10 weeks you lost 20lbs of fat and gained 20lbs of muscle? That is everybody's dream, I'm not saying it didn't happen it's just that this would be the exception rather than the norm...especially when using sustanon.
Regardless, mid sextion looks tight, abs and obliques are showing nicely...shave and get a tan and you are all geared up for the beach![]()
