Im planning my whole bulk cycle as you guys know.
My gear is being shipped. Now, what do I do AFTER the cycle?
I want to cut, since Im getting into soccer season in the fall. Be the strongest defender out thereMy legs are my focus during my bulk as is overall mass, but here are a few questions just so you get the organized version of the questions:
1) What to do after the bulk cycle? Cut naturally or with anabolics? Id like to get hard as Ill probably reach a high bf% with this (Im 15% pre cycle). Vascularity and hardness along with mild strength gains would be nice during a cycle. Note, id rather not do fina.
2) Should I give it a rest?
3) I want to have a routine that allows me to workout three times a week. The problem is, my leg day is going to be a soccer practice and game. (Different days) and ill be sprinting my ass off in both, making that a good anaerobic leg day. I cant afford to be sore during matches, so what do you suggest for the two days that I have left in my schedule?
4) Given that I only have two days in my schedule (im a coach athlete (slightly out of shape from bulking for rugby [yea i live in the EU]) and student), what can I incorporate, PUSH PULL without a leg day?
My point is that i have a lot of ergogenous test flowing in me already from the sprinting. Is this fine, push pull without a leg day?
5) Does this mean im not ready for cutting with steroids(lack of time, lack of recovery between cycles)?
