What should you do if you have natural gyno before starting steroids?

I'm 20 years old and I have very mild gynocomastia. I want to take steroids 5 years from now. I've been to an endocrinologist and he said it was indeed gyno. I doubt it will clear up in 5 years time since I've had this for years now.

Should I get the gyno removed before I start gear? I want to eventually compete in bodybuilding competitions.

I'm guessing my body would be more prone to gyno related side effects if I took gear since I already have gyno without taking it?

I am on the same boat bud. I will be going to get my bw this week and see how they look. My guess would be that we would be slightly more prone to gyno than others, but that's just my guess. Any of the vets here can probably give us their insight...

You don't look like you have gyno in your avi or if you do it's not as bad as mine.

It is just a little bit (about half an inch) behind the nipple on the right side of the picture. It has been there since I was 12 and the doctor said it was normal for some when growing up. I didn't give it much thought until now... Hopefully, there is a safe way for us.

I had small lumps from growing up, when starting steroids yes they would grow, my first couple of uneducated cycles using pro hormones I had no idea what was going on, I used letrozole once I had a bit of an idea, and shrank the lumps back down to their small size, since then I have had to learn to adjust my ai dosage on cycle, my last cycle with 500mg prop and winny I used .25 adex ed with no issues what so ever, this cycle using 500 prop and tren same ai dose but no more than 2 weeks in, they were painfull and larger almost overnight, to control it this time around I have had to drop the test to 50mg ed and increase my ai to .5 ed they have now settled back down.
I plan to use letro towards the end of this cycle to see if I can shrink them even further this time as i do not plan on cycling again for the foreseeable future, You cannot notice the gyno although sometimes my nips are a little puffy.to feel it I have to reach my arm in the air and press around the nipples, It is deffernatly a pain in the arse and you really have to be onto your ai dosing, removal would make life so much easier.

Thanks bud! This is definitely a good piece of advice for newbies like me. Gotta cover everything from all angles to get it done safely. Did you ever use Tamox instead? I was just wondering since I heard that Letro can be quite hard on sides...

His E2 is 44 pg/ml <--- units that LabCorb uses, 8-43 range.

I would Run Raloxifene 60mgs everyday for 60 days.

My gyno decreased after starting trt and even blasting never made it worse. I would get below 10% bf before I would have it removed personally. But as far as being more prone to having side effects while on steroids, I don't buy it. I would just do things properly and exercise caution like you always should, have the things on hand that are needed if it acts up, whether it is from e2 or prolactin or whatever, if you know what you are doing like you should before cycling then you should know what to have on hand. depending on what your cycle consists of.

When I'm in the final weeks of prep for a show, my AI is just Adex 1mg ED and letro 2.5mg ed... Yes people are going to disagree with this, but this is normal for competitors (even more letro for some) and yes my sex drive is dead when I run these together BUT my natural gyno just like you have, goes from very small to not noticeable at all. Of course when I get off it slowly comes back to the normal size of it.
