2012 1 year of on/off training wasn't very dedicated
Jan 2013 - current 6 months of bulking went from 108 to 128.
Bench: start 135 max - current 230 - 4x6 185
Squat: Start 115 max - current 225 - 4x6 155
Deadlift: (never maxed) start 115 4x6 - current 215 4x6
BF: 15%
Age: Almost 21!!!!
Height: 5"4
Weight: 128
Just to give everyone a idea of gains and hopefully a understanding of my body. All the stats are where I was at the beginning of this year and where I'm at now.
I would just like some recommendation on what supplements I can take to get me up to around 150. I hate doing research on what to take because you never get a straight answer. So I would like everyone's 2 cents on what supplements you've seen great gains on.
Current supplements:
MHP mass gainer protein,ON's creatine mono, jack3d pre workout, BCAA
What I'm looking for:
I just want something that can give me great vascularity and help me pack on lean muscle quickly because I feel that I've hit a wall and gains are hard to come by now.
