Nothing is a replacement for water. Too much grape juice and you'll become iron deficient and that's no fun.

Not talking about replacing anything. Just researching about the absorption of creatine mono. I've read that taking creatine with a fruit juice with increase its absorption due to spiking the insulin. Of course I will need to drink plenty of water to allow the creatine to serve its purpose but was more interested in how to get the most out of the creatine.
Just take it with carbs, that's all the delivery system it needs, fruit juice, sugar, oats the choice is yours.
Unless you are taking kre alk (which you arent) I believe that needs no delivery system.

I tried mixing it with my oatmeal and it didn't work so well. I have mixed it with yogurt and that seems to work just fine.

I take my creatine (Beast Creatine) 30 minutes pre workout with 8oz of water and then with 8oz of grape juice post workout. Get great results! I've read that Grape Juice is the most effective at shuttling the creatine, due to the insulin spike because it is a simple sugar.
ALIN.
Thanks for the suggestion BUT the packing on the product as well states the Creatine Mono should NEVER be mixed with warm beverages (doing so would jeopardize the creatine mon compounds effectiveness!
