    So last night

    I made a shake, with blackberries, oats, protein and peanut butter, was lovely but had the consistancy of concrete cos I put too much peanut butter in it. Anyone else make some similar mistakes lol

    I have before and Ill just add some milk or cranberry juice or something to thin it out.

    I don't think any water would thin that out I put two heaped spoons into it lol.

    oh ya, ur not sure if you should add water/milk to thin it out or F it, add eggs and make pancakes lol

    Sounds great, I swear I only eat PB right out of the jar. Nothing beats that and a glass of milk.

    Yeh pnut b outta the jar is lovely but you can end up eating it all if not careful lol.
