I had gotten bloodwork showing my levels and talking about the brand and dosage I used. the stuff was quite potent at raising my levels, but I literally noticed nothing. I stopped taking it.
my takeaway from the whole thing was this: we understand DHEA is important for both men and women, but if your levels of DHEA-s are midrange or better then it's likely not worth supplementing. if my levels were you the lower 1/4 of the range, then I would pobably try to restore them to the upper quartile simply because micronized DHEA is so cheap (maybe $5-10 a month).
