Prior to the cycle, I was maintaining at 197/198lbs. For two weeks before cycling I cut my weight down by reducing calories and sodium and increasing cardio to end at 193lbs. I'm ending week 4 now and I'm up to 200lbs on the nose. This is my first go with Masteron, and I'm just starting to notice a new change in my physique coherent with what Masteron reportedly offers. Love the dianobol, it's so much easier to handle than Anadrol. After conversing with Kelkel and reading Marcus' diary, I've changed my workouts to include much more HIT-type training, and I'm incredibly impressed with the results this has had on muscular definition and strengh, especially in my legs. I'm now far more vascular than I ever have been before as well, doing HIT on my legs brought the veins out fast on my quads and calves. I just wish I could make them look like Kelkel's.
I've been taking in around 3500 calories a day with an emphasize on lean protein, but I'm going to go ahead and bump it up to 4k+. I'm getting more and more muscle tone, and I want to gain at least 10 more pounds. I would get there quickly with 5k calories a day, but at the expense of adding trunk fat. Any advice from you guys?
