    cape, what was your before bF and now. looks about 14-16 down to about 9-10? amazing, wish I could keep my mass and go down to just 12 and id be happy for a little while

    Maybe 14-15 to sub 10? 206 lbs to I think 182 was my lowest. In 12 wks

    Well god by choosing number 8 because his transformation looks better is a contradiction to your non partial voting. You are obviously partial to number 8. That's why I ask. Saying i voted non partial is the equivalent of throwing a dart at a board. Basically you were not taking the voting serious and randomly picked a number. Your statement was useless and nonsensical.

    As for asking people to vote there are over 400 members on line most of the time. Less than 20 had voted at the time. So instead of watching admins post die I wanted to make members aware of the voting. I haven't ask anyone to vote a particular way so I don't see a problem. Do you god?
