All natural, have been training for 3-4 years.

What do you guys think? Not competition shape, but feel pretty good with where I'm at. Look to compete in the future. Possibly as a natural. Then going to start cycling next year or so.

dude, all natural? you are looking badass bro. Definitely 10 %. Why even start cycling if you are that much of a genetic freak?

Thanks man. Appreciate the compliment. I go back and fourth on cycling.

I'm natural so far. I want to get to 225lbs someday with 10%>bf.

Im thinking of competing next summer. Possibly fitness.

You look great bro! Keep working hard without the gear if you can resist. Looks like the shoulders could use a little more targeting. You look great though! Im jeoulos of those abs.

Thanks you all. Yeah my shoulders are lacking a bit. I train them hard they just grow slowly.

Being natural I struggle with some areas. Everyone is saying hold off on cycling. I am 28 now and my goal is to gain another 30lbs of LBM. Im just not sure if it is possible without AAS's.
    I'm also interested in competing.

I won't be cycling until next spring at the soonest. Because of other responsibilities. But again thanks, and kinda surprised at all the don't cycle comments. lol
